Mentoring Terms & Conditions

To keep things smooth and stress free:

• All sessions are paid for in advance.
• Single sessions and 3 session bundles need to be booked and used within 3 months of purchase. 
  
• I do my best to be flexible when life happens, and I’ll always offer the earliest alternative if I ever need to reschedule.
  
• You’re welcome to reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancelled sessions can’t be refunded, I’m afraid.
  
• All mentoring takes place online via Microsoft Teams.
  
• All purchases are non refundable, including part used bundles.

Personal Responsibility
Mentoring provides guidance, accountability, and support, but you remain responsible for your writing progress and any decisions you make.

Confidentiality
Anything you share during mentoring sessions will remain confidential and will not be shared without your permission, unless required by law.
